RAA Hosts Mid-Term Review Meeting for FY 2024-25

The Royal Audit Authority (RAA) successfully held its Mid-Term Review Meeting (MTRM) for the FY 2024-25. The meeting was presided over by the Auditor General, Deputy Auditors General, Assistant Auditors General, Team Leaders from various divisions and OAAGs. The meeting discussed various topics, including the status of the Annual Audit Schedule, Audit Thrust Areas, and feedback from the Client Satisfaction and Feedback Survey. The meeting also addressed inconsistencies observed in audit reports, provided an update on the study regarding the Misalignment of Gewog Budget Utilization with Local Government Key Result Areas (LGKRAs), and a report on the budget and expenditure of RAA was also made.

Additionally, the MTRM served as a strategic platform for aligning efforts and expectations for the upcoming RAA Strategic Plan 2025-2030. The discussions fostered collaboration and reinforced the RAA’s commitment to accountability and achieving its objectives.
