A team of ten auditors from the Royal Audit Authority (RAA) is participating in a specialized training on Environmental and Climate Change Auditing at the Bangkok School of Management dated from 03-09 March 2025. This training, funded by the Green Climate Fund (GCF), aims to strengthen auditors’ capacity to assess environmental policies, climate resilience strategies, greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, and carbon trading mechanisms.
With the increasing global focus on environmental accountability, this training will enhance RAA’s ability to incorporate climate and sustainability aspects into its audits, ensuring effective oversight of climate finance and environmental programs in Bhutan.
