Two officials from RAA, Mr. Dorji Wangchuk, Deputy Auditor General and Mr. Jamtsho, Offtg. AAG, OAAG Tsirang are attending 10th ASOSAI Seminar on Environmental Auditing and 10th Working Meeting of ASOSAI Working Group on Environmental Auditing (WGEA) held in Yogyakarta, Indonesia dated from 24th to 26th February 2025.
The seminar centers around “Solid Waste Management” to provide a valuable platform for presentations and insightful discussions on the best practices. It will be followed by a working meeting of ASOSAI WGEA member SAIs to discuss on two year working plan and confirm the host for the next meeting.
A total of 38 participants from 16 countries including Bahrain, Bhutan, Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Kuwait, Malaysia, Malta, Mongolia, Oman, the Philippines, Poland, Russia, Saudi Arabia and Thailand. The Seminar and the Working Meeting of ASOSAI WGEA is organized by National Audit Office of China and hosted by BPK, SAI of Indonesia.
